Dr. Jason Kouri, MD
Dr. Kouri is our Medical Director. He heads over all of our diagnostic and treatment protocols for patients; including Stem Cell Therapy, Neuropathy, Degenerative Arthritis, and all other chronic joint pain programs.
He has a passion for regenerative medicine; as it applies to patients suffering with neuropathy, chronic joint, and spine pain. Moreover, his regenerative treatment protocols, which are unique to the Atlas Medical Center, have a very impressive clinical success rate.
Dr. Kouri graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California at Irvine in 1991 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. He continued his graduate education at the School of Medicine at the University of California, San Diego where he received a degree in Medicine in 1996. Dr. Kouri then entered the United States Navy as a Family Practice intern and went on to become a General Medical Officer. He spent most of his four years in the Navy caring for Marines and Sailors on land and at sea while attached to a Marine Expeditionary Unit. Upon honorable discharge, Dr. Kouri practiced Family Medicine for five years caring for American Indians on several reservations in Southern California. In 2005, Dr. Kouri began to focus on Urgent Care, Occupational and Integrative Medicine. He was the managing physician of an integrated care clinic in San Diego, CA for 7 years. In 2012, he moved back to Texas where he continued working with integrated care clinics. In 2015, he co-authored the book Type 2 Diabetes is Reversible. He often gives lectures to the community about regenerative cell therapy, and platelet rich plasma therapy; and how it applies to patients suffering with neuropathy, chronic joint, or spine pain.
Dr. Kouri, and his nurse practitioner, Lisa Moore, are fully trained and are certified to perform Bone Marrow Derived Stem Cell Therapy, Adipose Stem Cell Therapy, Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy and Amniotic Cell Therapy. They are experts at performing many types of injections, and are huge advocates of using Ultrasound needle guidance to make sure the Stem Cells, Regenerative Cells, Platelet Rich Plasma and other injectables are injected precisely on the mark, where they are intended to be for optimal results.

Lisa Moore, ANP
Adult Nurse Practitioner
Lisa Moore is a compassionate, and highly experienced Nurse Practitioner with a mission to help patients get out of pain, and gain back their mobility using regenerative treatments.
She completed her undergraduate degree in Nursing from UTA in 1984. In 2008, she graduated from TWU (Texas Woman’s University) as an Adult Nurse Practitioner.
Lisa has worked for Parkland for over 21 years. Throughout, she has worked as a Nurse Practitioner doing primary care, pain management, and physical medicine around the DFW area.
She enjoys working at the Atlas Medical Center where a multi-disciplinary approach allows patients to get both conservative and conventional medical treatments- concurrently.
Lisa works with our Medical Director and consults with each new patient to thoroughly evaluate them medically. Working with Dr. Kouri, Lisa qualifies each new patient for acceptance in care for our Neuropathy Programs, Regenerative Cell injections, PRP treatments, and all other medical programs offered at the Atlas Medical Center.
Lisa has successfully performed thousands of joint, PRP, and regenerative cell injections using precise ultrasound guidance- and is often sought after by patients fearful of injections- due to her impressive skills of administering them…PAINLESSLY.
Over the years, she has helped hundreds of patients reverse neuropathy, and avoid unnecessary joint surgeries with Stem Cell Therapy, PRP, regenerative cell therapy, laser therapy and nutrition.
Dr. Alexandra Schnee, DC
Dr. Alexandra K. Schnee, DC is a nationally known leader in the field of non-surgical cold laser therapy for the treatment of knee pain. Since 2001, she has been practicing in Irving, Texas. She is an author, lecturer, and researcher in the field of cold laser therapy for the treatment of knee pain. She founded and developed the Active Relief Laser Knee Technique™ which is utilized during treatments and offered exclusively to our patients at the Atlas Medical Center. This unique technique is used in Dr. Schnee’s Cold Laser Knee Program™ as well as our proprietary I.C.E. Knee Program™.
Over the years, she has had the opportunity to help patients in their twenties to centenarian’s experience knee pain relief and avoid knee surgery. It’s no wonder why former patients have given her the title “THE Cold Laser Knee Doctor.” With over 45,000 (and counting) cold laser knee treatments performed; she is one of the most experienced cold laser doctors in the United States for the treatment of chronic knee pain.
In 2001, Dr. Schnee, DC graduated with the highest honors of Summa Cum Laude and was Valedictorian of her class with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and a Bachelor’s of Science in Anatomy from Parker University (formerly Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas).
In 2007, she was one of a handful of doctors who were invited to join the renowned Medical Advisory Board for one of the original laser manufacturers.
Dr. Schnee, DC is also a member of the North American Association for Laser Therapy and World Association of Laser Therapy.
In addition, she is the author of the paper Cold Laser Therapy: Pain Management Treatment that was peer reviewed and published in Spine-Health.com. In April 2009, she was featured as Doctor of the Month on Spine-health.com.
Moreover, she is the only doctor in the Metroplex that has completed two studies for the treatment of knee pain with laser therapy. Her initial study in 2010 found that 79.8 % of patients with moderate to severe osteoarthritis knee pain reported feeling greatly improved after completing treatments. Her most recent study found that 82.4% of patients significantly improved after completing Dr. Schnee’s Cold Laser Knee Program™. In 2014 she was invited to present her study, to hundreds of other researchers and physicians, at NAALT ‘s (North American Association for Laser Therapy) and WALT’s (World Association of Laser Therapy) Joint Convention in Washington D.C.
In 2014, Dr. Schnee, DC was nominated by her peers and patients as one of the Top 10 Doctors in Dallas.
She is a member of the Doctors Speakers Bureau, and is the Director of Communications for Atlas; where she lectures all over the Dallas/Fort Worth area to people wanting to know more about Regenerative treatment options utilized by the Medical Team at Atlas Medical Center.

Dr. Robert Hanson, DC
Dr. Hanson specializes in helping patients with chronic joint/disc/spine pain and peripheral neuropathy symptoms. He has always had a passion for regenerative therapies, and enjoys working in an integrated environment.
Since completing his post-graduate study from Parker College of Chiropractic in 2003, Dr. Hanson DC has completed well over 30,000 treatments and is trusted by many because of his extensive experience in treating the symptoms associated with neuropathy, chronic joint, spine pain, and other musculoskeletal conditions. He has treated celebrities, prominent sports figures, retired politicians, and doctors; as well as grandparents, retirees, and construction workers who have all shared the same goal, and that is to improve their quality of life without having to take medications, or having to undergo unnecessary surgeries.
He has been a keynote speaker for various National Organizations on the topic of Cold Laser Therapy, Spinal Decompression Therapy, and the importance of integrated medicine.
In 2006-2007, he was selected as an honored member of “Who’s Who” in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for Americas Best Doctors.
Dr. Hanson DC is also a member of NAALT (North American Association for Laser Therapy) and WALT (World Association for Laser Therapy), and has co-authored two papers on the topic of Cold Laser Therapy and Osteoarthritis Knee Pain.
Matthew Vincler, DC
Quality Rehab Care Manager
Dr. Vincler grew up in Western Pennsylvania and received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from The College of Wooster in Wooster, OH where he also was a four-year letter winner and co-captain of Wooster’s Baseball Team that participated in the 1994 Division III World Series.
His post graduate training was completed in 2001, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University – College of Chiropractic in Marietta, GA.
From May 2005 thru December 2015, Dr. Vincler was in full time practice in Columbus, OH helping provide care and treatment to patients from all age groups. Over the years, he has cared for thousands of patients, and has extensive experience in treating patients with chronic knee, back/neck, leg and foot problems. He has over a decade of experience in cold laser, spinal decompression, neuropathy therapies and nutrition protocols.
Dr. Vincler brings passion and excitement to Atlas Medical Center to help individuals in the DFW community reach toward their health goals from a conservative and cutting edge framework that our multi-disciplinary office provides. He has witnessed the impressive results that our Medical Team gets when combining both regenerative medicine and rehabilitative therapies.
In our team approach, Dr. Vincler heads our radiology department, oversees patient rehabilitation, and provides one-on-one and long-term guidance for those participating in our nutritional counseling program.
When he’s not helping patient’s in the office, you’ll find Dr. Vincler, with his wife Julie, exploring North Texas and staying fit.
