What Can Cause Peripheral Neuropathy?

Damage to the nerves in the feet and hands is often caused by a lack of blood flow. The nerves then begin to degenerate. Some of the more common causes are:

  • Diabetes
  • Spinal problems
  • Auto-immune disorders
  • Alcohol
  • Chemotherapy
  • Unknown (Idiopathic)

Have You Tried?

Medications such as Lyrica, Gabapentin, Cymbalta, and Neurontin may not always work, and have been known to have dangerous side-effects. Others have tried therapies such as Marcaine injections with electric stimulation applied to their legs or arms. When these procedures don’t work you are often told to “just live with it.”

Our Approach is Different!

The Trifecta: Regenerative Therapy, Laser Therapy and Nutritional Protocols
At the Atlas Medical Center, in Irving, our medical providers combine proprietary therapeutic laser therapy along with Platelet rich plasma therapy, dietary changes and in some neuropathy cases spinal decompression therapy to enhance your body’s natural healing response to help the damaged nerves in your hands or feet.
